The presentation explains the sensitive stages of development as well as the critical stages within the sensitive stage for each motor skill. If the sensitive stages are not used, then the child cannot reach his potential.

This workshop will share emergent research, feature stories from teachers who have made these types of changes and facilitate activities to help you develop a wellness-based SS culture in your context.

In this presentation, we will take a look at how we have integrated gymnastics into Shanghai American School’s K-5 PE program and increased student interest and participation in gymnastics-related activities.
