In this PE class, students will learn the fundamentals of boxing movements—such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and footwork—combined with bodyweight exercises and circuit training.

As a local student in an international school I lived through many experiences that I didn't understand until very recently. In 2019, students at international schools around the world began to protest against schools that were impeding them from their own values, traditions and languages.
This workshop explores how we are empowering learners as they engage in self-guided inquiry to build skill development and conceptual understanding at their readiness level.
In this workshop, participants explore barriers that students face in PE. Participants will explore the three main principles of UDL that guide lesson planning, assessment, and instruction. Examples of best practice of UDL used in PE will be shared.
Student leaders from a cross-section of HKIS clubs and teams share their personal experiences with mental health and offer proactive solutions teachers and coaches can use to help build a culture of health and wellbeing in their schools.
