Join us for an interactive workshop focused on developing a school-based strength and conditioning (S&C) programme that goes beyond traditional approaches to focus on overall movement quality and long-term athletic development of students.
Confidence may be the most important mental attribute when it comes to performance. We will identify the three components to confidence and how you as a coach/teacher can move someone from a false confidence or lack of confidence to a robust confidence.
