The presentation will be based on what team, classroom and business culture can look like when it is flourishing. The importance of relationships, vulnerability, and many simple changes and easy to input take-aways that you can apply to ANY setting.

I have been blessed with teaching Outdoor Education for over 17 years in a school setting where the low socioeconomic students mostly came from broken homes where many issues were prevalent. This gave me such a great opportunity to trial and test every idea that came into my head, or from a book or youtube that would help the students feel like they were in a safe place where they could feel valued and respected, and be part of a group culture that was really cool. I’ll talk to, and we will try some CHanGes you can make to your daily, to keep that balance of relationships and curriculum – and also keep the vibe light. New goals require new habits.
