Dave Robinson

Dave has taught P-12 Health and Physical Education in regional Queensland state schools for the past 25 years. Currently he combines teaching High School HPE with lecturing in Physical Education, and coaching at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Dave has coached all manner of sports such as athletics, soccer and rugby league. He is a highly experienced rugby union coach, and is a Life Member of the Queensland Rugby Football Schools Union. A Level 2 Strength & Conditioning coach, Dave enjoys training school-aged athletes – triathletes, in particular. He is presently completing PhD research that explores regional volunteer coaches.

Dave has presented at numerous conferences in Australia over the years on a diverse range of topics, and enjoys meeting fellow physical educators who share his passion for teaching & coaching.
