As teachers we have high expectations of ourself yet with only 24 hours in a day a strive for a balanced life appears to only create more things we ‘should’ or ‘want’ to do, rarely providing the rest, recovery and results we hope for.
This session focuses on ‘chipping’ away at daily practices so as to support a little more life balance that can be realistically obtained.
Everything in this session is geared towards practical steps YOU can take in reflecting, managing and curating some semblance of a balanced life or at least a life in which joy, satisfaction and wellbeing can be created regularly.
We will cover:
– Setting the thermostat – Trait and state wellbeing.
– Reflecting on what works – Satisfaction/happy hierarchy of needs.
– Next steps – applying the principles in the real world.
