Alex Geue
I am a qualified Biology and Food Technology Teacher with 8 years of teaching experience in Adelaide, South Australia and in Queenstown, New Zealand. I am currently working as a Secondary Health and Wellness Teacher at Lincoln School in Nepal and completing my second Bachelor in Natural Medicine. In 2021, I completed further study in Health Coaching and Integrative Nutrition to support students and my own practice in mental and physical wellbeing. Furthermore, I spent two years lecturing at Tabor Adelaide University in Food and Nutrition. An essential facet of my professional journey revolves around menstrual health advocacy. Recognizing the significance of this often overlooked aspect of well-being, I have actively engaged in various initiatives to promote awareness and education surrounding menstrual health. This commitment is not confined to the classroom, but extends to community-based projects based on destigmatizing menstruation, empowering individuals with knowledge about menstrual hygiene, and fostering a positive attitude towards this natural aspect of life.
