Nick Haywood
Nick Haywood - Now working at Saigon South International School. I have over 20 years working with people and teams on CULTURE & RELATIONSHIPS, ensuring connection before content, and a balance in life. Currently working with and helping the culture and leadership areas with 2 NBA teams in America, an NBL team in Australia, 2x AFL captains in Australia, along with mentoring many young professionals and teachers across the globe, Nick's passion for helping leaders become better is forever growing. Coming from an Outdoor Education background working at a beautiful and challenging school in Tasmania, Australia - I have been brave enough to try and test and fail at a variety of ideas and challenges with many different groups in a crazy range of settings. These, I want to share- and you will gain some immediate take-aways for you to put your own flavor and twists on. My theory is based on a tent -which is where I have spent a great deal of my teaching career. The 4 tent poles ( 4 pillars of my framework) are sequenced to help in any age group and setting, and the tent outer, to keep the rain out, is all about staff health and well being. CHanGe is important for all of us. You don't have to be bad to get better.
