You will learn the foundation vaults of parkour and how to combine them to create 'flows' of movement over a string of obstacles, which is one of the most exhilarating and enjoyable movement activities for young people - and for you!

In this workshop, we will explore a sequence of learning progressing Touch football from simple to complex games using a non-linear approach to deliberate play. How to vary the game form so the sequence can be used for non-contact modified ‘walla’ Rugby (Union) and tag Rugby League will also feature.

Welcome to the exciting world of Mini-Volleyball! This session introduces you to a modified version of volleyball: played on a smaller court with a lower net and no more than 4 players per side. The game reinforces 3 passes and ensures all players rotate around the court, focusing on fundamentals and rally gameplay.

Participants will participate in a variety of activities and perform the assessments themselves to be better able to implement them into their own classrooms.
