In this hands-on workshop, attendees will concentrate on the transformative potential of mobile devices, such as iPads and Android Tablets, within the PE classroom. Please bring a mobile device and be prepared to download the necessary apps before the workshop begins (a list will be provided beforehand). Note that there may be an additional cost of approximately $20 for a few select apps.

This workshop will overview setting classroom ground rules, designing student-centered learning activities, answering student questions, and will dig deep into the ‘why’ behind keeping all genders together for puberty education.

In this workshop, participants will learn what FMS is, how they can be assessed, and participants will be provided opportunities to participate in specific tasks that can help achieve competence in any of the 3-5 performance criteria of each skill.
