Two New Themes

This year we are highlighting two new themes: Leadership and DEIJ.

Leadership involves excellent management of Physical Education and Athletics departments as well as leadership throughout the school to promote student fitness and wellness as a core part of a well rounded education. 

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) is on the one hand about developing inclusive & equitable practices in schools for students but it is also about modeling by striving for diverse PE Departments and Sports Coaches.

Help PHASE be part of this change by contributing sessions on this important topic. We are striving to make our presenter lineup diverse as possible and invite allies to this movement.. Many members of the PHASE community are international schools and just as we strive to have our school staff better reflect the populations they serve we too believe this is an important tenet for professional learning. We ask for your support in this effort by tapping into your networks to make this event as diverse and inclusive as possible.
