
Martin Brockman
Martin Brockman is the Director of Performance Pathways, a global platform that provides schools with sports curricula, teaching resources, and professional development for PE teachers. A former international decathlete, Martin represented Great Britain for nearly a decade, winning bronze at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. After retiring from competition, he became Head of Athlete Development at Qatar’s world-renowned Aspire Academy, where he built the academy’s athletics program from talent identification through to international success. Today, Martin works with schools worldwide, delivering athletics CPD and student coaching workshops, while sharing his high-performance methodology across multiple sports through the Performance Pathways platform.
