Martin a former international decathlete representing England at two Commonwealth Games, and athletics coach for almost 20 years. With a distinguished career spanning six years as the Head of Athlete Development at Aspire Academy in Qatar, he spearheaded the integration of the Athlete Development Pathway, aligning physical and technical aspects while incorporating comprehensive Sports Science services for holistic athlete development. Presently, as Director of Brockman Athletics, Martin extend my expertise globally, offering practical CPD and educational resources in Athletics and Athlete Development to schools worldwide.
