This presentation will provide the opportunity to discuss and explore the importance of teaching menstrual hygiene for the overall well-being of students from Grade 6-12.

The presentation explains the sensitive stages of development as well as the critical stages within the sensitive stage for each motor skill. If the sensitive stages are not used, then the child cannot reach his potential.

This session has been presented as a 60 min feature (lecture style) to over 100 participants (ACHPER, Victoria, Australia, November 2024), in a 20 min oral presentation to academics (TGfU, 8th International conference, Auckland, NZ, December 2024) and in a 70 min interactive workshop (Discovery, Peak Phys Ed, Victoria, Australia, February 2025).

The Reproduction Cluster Styles - The most used styles like it or not! This workshop will demonstrate practical examples to participants and give participants the opportunity to use the styles so bring your running shoes!

This is a classroom-based workshop where participants can see how Meaningful PE can inform teachers’ decisions in how they plan lessons/units of work.

As international schools find themselves in an era of uncertainty and change, concerns around health and wellbeing are on the rise. Without systems in place, however, initiatives risk losing momentum when there is turnover among faculty and staff. During this session, we’ll be discussing the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child model- a free tool that helps schools identify resources and initiatives that are working, look for gaps and areas for growth, and align so that everyone in the community is speaking the same language and working towards the same common goals.
