In this session, we will introduce Shuttle Time – BWF flagship school badminton project and also cover essential aspects such as the equipment needed to prepare for a badminton lesson, effective techniques for managing groups during badminton lesson, engaging & fun warm-up games to enhance agility and coordination.
Participants will experience hands-on netball activities that demonstrate the T.R.E.E framework (Teaching, Rules, Equipment, Environment) for modifying lessons to accommodate diverse abilities, confidence levels, and physical readiness.
Participants will leave with practical lesson structures, progression ideas, and teaching strategies they can immediately implement in their own programs to transform jump rope into a dynamic and meaningful PHE unit.
This practical workshop introduces dynamic and flowing movement patterns that reflect these curved paths, such as tracing smooth arcs, navigating expanding spiral rotations, or following elliptical arm swings.
