Amazing weekend at #PHASEAP . Reconnecting with former colleagues, learning how @mjhamada has reimagined net/wall games, @MrHairPhysEd and the power of @idoceo, running my own session about basketball coaching, and closing with a very powerful keynote from @teaching_health. Wow. pic.twitter.com/I7yOaVijD0

I have had the most amazing time here!!!!! Thank you to everyone!
It was a great experience. It is impossible to not love this conference! See you next year!
This is my third time attending APPEC and my approach to teaching and learning has changed considerably because of the conference. There are things I have learned at APPEC that I NEVER came across during my undergraduate PE degree.
APPEC has that not only taught me to make P.E lessons fun, but also to provide quality physed lessons to help students to achieve their learning. Will + ways = achievement.
APPEC has broadened my exposure to current “best practice” and changed some paradigms for me. Especially in relation to how we teach sport units (game sense, etc.) and how we can enhance and develop TPSR.
APPEC has provided me with reminders for lots of approaches to vary teaching, and instructional styles and models. Encouragement to try different things ‘out of the comfort zone’
Practical and theoretical approaches to PE
Leveraging apps and devices for development, performance, & fitness
