This workshop explains what stressors are most likely to occur and provides 12 ways to mitigate them.
Please join me for a presentation on creating effective practice plans for middle and high school sports that any coach of any level can use. We will cover components of training, including identifying game and skill phases and their implications for practice.
This active workshop will allow attendees to participate in some of these organisational options - which can cater for groups up to 70, depending on the space available (often only slightly larger than a basketball court). Some of the wide range of movements (using bodyweight and readily available equipment) and activities utilised by the presenter to keep these fitness sessions fun and varied will also be demonstrated.
This engaging session highlights the SPARK PE curriculum, a research-based program designed to increase student engagement, promote lifelong physical activity, and align with PE standards.
Understanding these intertwined threads and how they interact matters for the development and support of healthy school communities where all members can flourish.
