Welcome to the exciting world of Mini-Volleyball! This session introduces you to a modified version of volleyball: played on a smaller court with a lower net and no more than 4 players per side. The game reinforces 3 passes and ensures all players rotate around the court, focusing on fundamentals and rally gameplay.
