It emphasizes the importance of teaching balance, proper stances, ball control, and movement patterns to ensure players can effectively cover the court, execute accurate shots, and recover efficiently.
This workshop introduces TrackPE, a Google Sheets-based solution designed to streamline PE department workflows and enhance student assessments without the need for complex software.
Aimed at PE specialists, this session will provide a clear framework for delivering dynamic movement skills, using both large and small apparatus. You’ll gain the tools to structure lessons that not only build physical competence but inspire confidence to use challenging apparatus.
