Dive into a series of insightful sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities aimed at enhancing your leadership skills and transforming your athletic & activities programs.
This session shares the journey of redesigning an Early Years tricycle unit into a practical framework for Equipment Stewardship and Social-Emotional Learning, as featured in TIE Online.
This session is ideal for PE teachers, coaches and athletic directors who want to feel more confident and consistent when navigating the human side of school sport.
We will show how to set up the Fitness for Life (FFL) model so students can achieve personal fitness goals, what technology tools could be used to support them, & show positive data results we could be making.
The session will conclude with hands-on examples, games, and activities that bring these principles to life and can be immediately adapted for use in participants' own settings.
This session will explore how student leadership can move beyond token roles into authentic, high-impact experiences through the creation of a student-led leadership society and how they have made their society high-achieving with qualifications, charity drives, IWD representations and creating wider links in Singapore by delivering a student-led conference.
Participants will leave with ready-to-use activities, teaching cues and unit design ideas that will increase student and athlete participation and enjoyment.
This pre-conference brings together clinical expertise and whole-child wellness to equip school nurses and coaches with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to thrive in today’s complex school environments.
The session provides an overview of David’s recent publications that investigated the assessment practices of Victorian secondary school PE teachers in the context of invasion games and sports at Year Levels 7-10.
Participants were introduced to the fundamental principles of disc sports, including the philosophy of Spirit of the Game, fair play, and self-officiating.
